  • Start Time

    Any delays to your treatment start due to arranging parking, looking after children or you getting back home can result in a shortened
    treatment time. So get ready! We ask you allow us a 20 min leeway either side of the treatment start time to accommodate London traffic
    and set up times.

  • Parking + Congestion Charge

    Our pricing excludes the cost of parking or congestion charge. We can either invoice you for this cost or you can pay your therapist cash for parking or congestion charge costs

  • Lighting

    If you have booked waxing or manicures / pedicures, please select a spot in your home that is well lit that way our therapist will be able to offer you the best service possible.

  • Let’s make some space

    We need a space c. 3.5m x 1.5m (12’ x 5’) with at least 1 wall socket nearby to carry out treatments. We will bring everything we need for the treatment (plus some extras)

  • Cancellation Policy

    We understand that you may need to change or cancel your booking. You can do this without any charge up to 48 hours before the booking. After that time, cancellation or changes to a booking will incur a 20% charge.

    Cancellations or changes on the day are not refundable. For Pamper Parties, please note that we will ask for full payment to secure the booking and once booked parties are non refundable.
